COUSCOUS

Couscous is a Berber dish (native Moroccan) consisting of spherical granules made by rolling and shaping moistened semolina wheat and then coating them with finely ground wheat flour. Moroccans use a special steamer pot called Kaskas to prepare it. It is usually served with meat and fresh vegetables or meat, raisins and chickpeas. Couscous is the ideal ingredient for a healthy, flavourful meal. It is considered as Morocco national dish.

A tagine is a type of dish found in the North African cuisine of Morocco, which is named after the special pot in which it is cooked. The traditional tagine pot is formed entirely of heavy clay which is sometimes painted or glazed.
